Her career journey began in the mental health field, where she specialized in dance/movement therapy and counseling. This foundation gave her a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and navigate change—not just professionally, but holistically.
She has spent many years supporting businesses, nonprofits, and teams with training initiatives, program development, and strategic projects. Whether it’s designing and facilitating training, leading professional development experiences, or coaching leaders through transitions, her focus has always been on equipping people with the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to excel.
In addition to consulting, she extends her passion for personal growth through her YouTube channel, "Untethered & Flow AF w/ Queen", where she provides movement-based exercises and somatic practices that help people reduce anxiety, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate clarity for better decision-making.
